Price List & Fax Order Form - Jan 10/13, Our website, listed under the categories section on the home page. We have added a full price list, so all the items can be printed off, or viewed together. Along with this list, we have included an order form, which can be filled out and faxed to us with your order (403) 262 4027. We do not require a credit card number from you in order to book product. Simply fill out the order form, mark the number of cases you require against the available products. Orders can be paid for when picked up.

Product is Natural, Free range, product is free of antibiotics & hormones. Portions have been cut 1.25” thick, great for the BBQ. Portions average approx 12oz, $8.99.

Elk, New York Strip Steaks; Coming soon! We are currently aging some Elk New York Strip Steaks, they will be cut 1” thick, aged a minimum of 28 days, and individually vacuum packaged. Please check back with our website for availability.

Bacon; Newly added product! Natural wood smoked bacon. This is foodservice quality bacon, used in many of the white table cloth restaurants. Product is layer packaged, and comes in a 5kg (11.02lb) case. Great taste and flavor, give it a try!
